State and central government tenders 

Hi-Tech in the 2004 started catering the community-based drinking water projects in Gujarat’s Kutch, which presently have over 2000 installations. A “PRESIDENTIAL AWARD” was presented to the WASMO initiated Project that was also appreciated with UN Affiliation. This Project aimed at providing safe and pure drinking water to village community. No just Gujarat, Hi-Tech successfully completed such projects in other states as well, for instance Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Kerala.

Annual maintenance contract

Hi-Tech assist the implementation of the shelter and infrastructure rehabilitation programmes. Our company explores and advises on general programme issues and the available technical resources (staff, contractors, suppliers, local consultants, logistical support). This is carried out to develop appropriate construction administration mechanisms, with reference to the programme objectives and methodology. Hi-Tech also assists in the overall programme refinement and initial implementation in the field.

The assessment is carried 

The company helps to implement the shelter and infrastructure rehabilitation programmes. The company studies and provides advise on general programme issues as well as the available technical resources, including suppliers, staff, contractors, logistical support and local consultants. Referring the programme methodology and objectives, this is performed to create suitable construction administration mechanisms. The company also helps in the comprehensive programme refinement as well as initial implementation in the field. Well-qualified experts utilize their background research of shelter and infrastructure projects to carry out the assessment. The regional experience in methodologies and procedures is also utilized in the research.  

Sea water desalination project

The desalination plant comprises pressure exchangers, high-pressure pumps, seawater RO membranes, pressure vessels, pressure filter vessels, electrical, HDPE pipelines, automation and control systems. The project encompasses infrastructure where the seawater is collected. 

The raw seawater pre-treatment contains up to 6.4ppm aluminum and around 50NTU of turbidity, that includes coagulation-flocculation, gravity and pressure filtration.

Post the filtration, the water is pumped to the plant, and then is preliminary treated. The water is then passed through the RO membranes at high pressure. The membranes filter out salts and pass on the desalinated water.

The water filtered by the RO system is passed to post-treatment process. The fresh water is flavoured and then stored in an underground water tank.

 

The RO plant produces 100mld of desalinated water from 273 million liters seawater.
